Drought Restrictions in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight (04.11.22 UPDATE)

Southern Water Services Limited (“Southern Water”) Temporary Use Ban (TUB) has now been removed as of 4 November 2022. This is because river flows have started to increase to levels where a TUB is no longer deemed necessary. However, levels are still lower than normal, and all in the impacted region must continue to save water to help rivers recover and to help avoid further restrictions. As a result, this drought order is no longer applicable to all Ancala Water Services’ customers in the affected regions until further notice.

AWS thanks all our customers for their assistance and understanding throughout this period.
