Each month we're going to be speaking to a different member of the Ancala Water Services team, providing an insight into the working life at Ancala Water Services.
First up is Louise who has worked at Ancala Water Services for an impressive 14 years now.
Louise plays an integral role as Purchase Ledger Controller, processing supplier invoices through to payment whilst liaising with all teams within the company to resolve any issues that may arise, to ensure that suppliers are paid on time.
Speaking about her role and working life at Ancala Water Services, Louise said: "A typical day consists of mainly entering supplier invoices into the system and resolving any issues as they arise. I process any urgent payments that are needed and provide support to the business on ensuring invoices are paid within our agreed payment terms.
There is a family feel to the business everyone is really friendly, its a really nice place to work. We work hard but at the same time its fun and rewarding.
It is very enjoyable speaking to various people within the business and suppliers alike. You build a relationship with people which makes the role much more enjoyable. Its really rewarding resolve issues and each day presents another challenge so your never bored with the same routine."
