Customer Finance Online Forms
Are you moving house and need to update your details with our Finance team or need to make a payment? If you receive your water and/or wastewater bill directly from Ancala Water Services, we have developed five customer finance online forms to make this process easy and efficient for all our customers.
We have a dedicated Finance team ready to help you as much as possible.

Please click on the associated tab below which best relates to your query or request to update your information. Complete the Finance online form with the details requested and click “Send Message” to submit. Our Finance team will then review your query and be in touch to assist.
You are moving in to a property where the water and/or waste services are supplied by Ancala Water Services.
Please complete the below and we will set up your account.
You can expect to received your welcome pack within 10 working days.
You are already an MOD Contracted Customer and you want to contact Ancala Water Services to inform us that you have moved out.
Please complete the below and we will close your account.
You can expect to received your final closing invoice within 10 working days.
If you are in credit you will be issued with a statement of account showing the value, which will notify you of the refund process.
If you would prefer to set up a Direct Debit, follow the Direct Debit link above.

You are already an MOD Contracted Customer and you want to contact Ancala Water Services to set up a Direct Debit to pay an invoice you have received.
A Direct Debit form would have been included in your welcome pack, which you can email to billing.admin@ancalawater.com, stating your full name and address, so that we can process your instruction.
